New Year's eve outfit

2013 is almost over, so I guess everybody is preparing for a memorable ending of the year. The appearance is compulsorily something elegant and fancy but it shall be acceptable as a party dress too. So the motto is: Glam and shine! You can never foul up with black and gold colours but silver is also fashionable. If you're daring, you can wear a little more challenging red or scarlet colours. (Actually I'll wear a scarlet dress because everybody will be in black) any kind of sequin garment can be a glamorous accessory for your look. So dare to wear it! Happy New Year!

Cat eye makeup

The cat eye is always a fashionable makeup, and it delivers a misterious and sassy look but still elegant and discrete and fits almost for all eye shapes. You can wear it for an everyday look or for events too. It's not the easiest makeup to do but it's not that difficult as it seems. All you need is an eyeliner (black or brown or blue or whatever colour you like) and a steady hand. And of course some mascara to top up your makeup.

The Neighbourhood

The Neighbourhood is an American rock band, but I'd rather say that they're an alter band, their genres are alternative rock and alternative pop. The band is composed of vocalist Jesse Rutherford, guitarists Jeremy Freedman and Zach Abels, bassist Mikey Margott, and drummer Bryan Sammis. They made three EPs and two singles and have one studio album, I Love You., which was released in 2013. You can listen one of their most popular songs below. (It also appears in their album I Love You.) I like that song, because it reminds me of that sweater weather in early autumn.

Ben Howard

Ben Howard is a 26 year old English singer and songwriter. His genres are folk and indie folk. He has many EPs and one studio album, called Every Kingdom. (Came out in 2011) This year he has won both BRIT Awards for which he has been nominated. You can check out Howard's official website here: http://www.benhowardmusic.co.uk/ I like him because his songs are calm and I really like his silk voice with the acoustic background. It's really good for a sleep tracklist, one of my favourite. I attached one of his songs, Black Flies. It's not the most famous song, but for some reason I really like it. So enjoy!
